"Okay. ELIZA..... She makes a big difference in your store. My family and I ordered for years from y'all every Friday. And since Eliza was gone on leave, my orders have been good, noy many mistakes, but the waiting time was doubled every week. If they said 30 min, I waited 60. Still, that's okay. But I just want someone important there to realize for the first time in many months, last week and today our order was done within the 35 min time frame she gave us. I'm telling you, she makes a difference. All you are sweethearts and I know it's not a single person to blame but I gotta give Eliza her flowers bc I didn't have to sit outside and extra 20 or 30 min. But y'all hardly mess our orders up and if you do, it's bc my wife mumbles, that ain't on y'all. Lol. Seriously tho. Thank you all. But esp Eliza."

"Unfortunately, I initially ordered delivery, but when my wife arrived, she was able to pick it up to lighten her load. They accept card payments over the phone but refused to bring the order to the door. My wife had a car full of children, including a newborn baby. We asked if someone could bring the pizza to the entrance so she could grab it quickly, but they insisted she go inside with the baby, despite the chaos and commotion inside. If they are aware of their layout for pick-up, they should know it’s located in a congested area, right next to the bathroom. I was extremely frustrated with their lack of willingness to help a mother with children. I never expected to encounter such a lack of compassion and support. I will no longer patronize this restaurant. It's important for local businesses to assist others and strive for better service; unfortunately, they did not meet that standard."

"Stopped in for President's Day since all of the touristy restaurant spots were packed. We were so glad that we did. Really relaxed and kid friendly atmosphere, nice local place. Our waitress was helpful and friendly. Food came out quickly and was delicious. My 18 month old went crazy for the salad dressing. The garlic bread was perfect and a generous portion. I ordered the chicken Marsala with spaghetti and it was huge and tasty also. Plenty of mushrooms. I had enough for a midnight snack that night and a full meal the next day. My son had the pizza and there were no complaints! I only wish I had a bite because it looked sooo good. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lancaster."

"If you want the best pizza in Maryland you have to come here. Don't settle for anything less. Boli's create unique and delicious pizzas that you simply can't resist. The price is outstanding and the service is fast, friendly and incredible. I order the Philly cheese steak pizza almost religiously because it is that good. Maryland is known for its delicious crabs and if you want the best of both worlds then you need to try their Maryland style crab pizza! I give this place a solid five stars and can't picture myself going anywhere else for a unique and delicious experiences and outstanding pizza."
