"I have had raw fish Sushi and Sashimi at many restaurants in the US and Japan. For 7 years I worked for DiamondStar/Mitsubishi Motors in Normal IL and travelled globally with many visits to Japan, mostly in Tokyo, Yokohama, and Nagoya areas. I recently moved to Columbus IN and am working for Cummins Inc. When I go downtown to the Cummins office building, I have found I get a very delicious Sushi lunch with 12pc of freshly prepared Sushi and a small bowl of Miso soup for about $11. Apparently most Americans are not fond of having a lot of wasabi (Japanese horseradish) in the soy sauce they dip their Sushi into before eating, so I ask for additional wasabi and Taku provides it free of charge.
