"I have been going to Gennaro's pizza for the past 7 yrs. I almost always order the chicken ranchero hoagie w extra meat. It used to be my favorite thing to eat in the southside. I would order twice a week at times. The hoagie used to come with big chunks of chicken and they used to put plenty of it on especially when I ordered it with extra meat. Sometime during covid they started completely skimping on the quantity of chicken on the hoagie and if I would ask for extra chicken like usual they would just chop it up into smaller pieces and not put any extra Chicken on the hoagie they just put more fries on instead. And it then becomes basically just a carbohydrate bomb. They took advantage of my business and maybe they were upset that I was ordering too much and felt like they were losing money or something I don't know but they changed their bread also which now becomes super dry when baked Cuts your mouth when eating it. I gave these guys so much money over the years and they rewarded Me by skimping on my hoagie. I would tip them well and everything these guys just don't value customer service or their customers in general. I would recommend going to slice on Broadway any day of the week over this dump. I won't be eating at Gennaro's again."

"Went to a baby shower here on Saturday. There were 50 people in attendance and we were served family style. The food and service were both on point. Standouts were the chicken francese that you could could cut with a fork, eggplant rollatini that truly melted in your mouth and the penne ala vodka. Their vodka sauce is a 10. This coming from a chick from Brooklyn!Two people were gluten free. They were accomodated by a special plate of GF pasta, chicken and veggies.I would highly recommend having your event here."

"Hello! I’m from New York and have been on the hunt for great pizza in Doral for quite a while, and I finally found it! The pizza arrives piping hot, and the dough is fresh rather than frozen. The pepperoni is small and crispy—absolutely delicious! Additionally, my son loves their chicken sandwich. I wholeheartedly recommend this pizza place, and I assure you I wasn’t compensated for this review. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! It’s a bit on the pricey side, but the portions are generous. "This is a real pizzaria! It has a large oven, a place to make pizza, and a place to show pizza. Real dough made in the house and tilted to thin. Comes out of the oven only crispy enough to hold it yourself when folded for food. Also has the basic toppings and some very creative. Large dough/ sauce/cheese ratio. Sitting is sufficient for a quick bite as the space is small. Looks like the owners cook and run the place. Excellent customer service! Oh, yeah. BYOB."
