"I want to make this abundantly clear, my problem with this place is not with the customer service but with the food. The customer service here is wonderful. The girl at the counter was super polite and very accommodating. She's the kind of personyou would wish to have at any dining establishment. The cooks were also very friendly as they would wave to you from their tinywindow. My problem with this place is definitely the food. Just to be blunt, it sucks. The rice was under cooked, the beef wasdry and flavorless, and the veggies reminded me of baby food but with no flavor. This was my second attempt at dining at thisfranchise and it was just as god awful as the first. The magic sauce is not magical as it only made things worst. Zero stars forthe food but all the stars for the wonderful people working there."
