"If you've never had better or don't know how real Island food should taste then this spot will probably suffice. For being in a predominantly country atmosphere, it is a good place for people in Louisiana who have never been exposed to the dishes. So, basically what you're getting is Jamaican centered dishes made southern style. Portions: You have to get double cabbage or double rice and peas to make it worth your while. taste: I gave it 2 stars because it doesn't taste bad, just more southern style soul food than Jamaican, didn't have an Island spice to it whatsoever."
