Tonight, we placed an order, and my husband went to pick it up. When he got home, he realized that the order was incorrect and included an ingredient I’m allergic to. We called to let them know, and the girl who answered was very kind and put the manager on the line. The manager was genuinely sorry and apologized sincerely for the mix-up. We decided to place a new order for pickup. The manager even came out front to personally apologize to my husband. I won't go into details about what he did, but Panino handled it perfectly and ensured we remained loyal customers. Keep up the great work, and thank you for everything you do!"
