"The disappointment was real. I get why everyone else wishes there was a phone number to call. Unfortunately there was not one item of the entire meal my boyfriend and I enjoyed. The iced coffee with milk was terrible. For one, there was no ice so it was lukewarm. There was too much milk and the little bit of coffee in there tasted watery and stale. We ordered breakfast sandwiches on brioche which came on more of a hamburger bun. The sandwich bread was burn black, the bacon was soggy, the cheese was the wrong kind of cheese, and the egg was awful. I don’t understand how anyone that cares about their business would let food leave their establishment like that. The breakfast potatoes were bland and unseasoned. Spare yourself the trouble…"
