"As a self-proclaimed Maryland blue crab enthusiast—having spent most of my youth in Maryland where steamed crabs are a summer staple—I was curious. I made a quick phone call, and a friendly young man assured me they could meet my crab needs, so I ordered two dozen large crabs.
When I arrived at the agreed time, I was greeted by an impressive array of seafood: various fish, shrimp, crabs, crab cakes, and king crab legs, among other things. After a 20-minute wait, I left with my two dozen large crabs, a bag of little neck clams, and two pounds of mussels.
A short 15-minute drive home led to a delightful surprise: the crabs were hot, plump, and delicious. While they may not have the same seasoning as the steamed crabs back in Maryland, they were still very good. We’ve now found a local spot where we can enjoy fresh seafood without burning a tank of gas for a trip to the shore. My wife and I plan to return soon for some fish as well.
I can't forget to mention the staff—everyone was friendly, and there seemed to be a solid group of repeat customers. Overall, this place is a gem for fresh seafood so far from the coast."
