"It both pains and saddens me to write this review. I, my family and friends have been customers of Dawson's since they opened. We've even had a couple family reunion dinners in their banquet room. It has been nice to have a pretty decent local establishment to support versus any of the chain places around town. Unfortunately my last 3 times there have been way below par for what I had gotten, and come to expect, from Dawson's. Recently a long time friend visited Indy and wanted to try a local place. Dawson's immediately came to mind. My friend ordered beef stroganoff and I had the sirloin steak as, for not being a steak place, it was always good. Upon being served it was obvious the stroganoff was not fresh and was barely warm. The sauce was still gelatinous! My steak was gray and also obviously not cooked right. As they were busy we suffered in silence and ate what they gave us. I was so embarrassed after talking up this place to my friend. My next visit there was for my sister's birthday. We both ordered a steak. I was hoping last time was a fluke. It wasn't. My steak was actually cold to the touch. While she said she's had better there before, hers was acceptable enough for her to heat. Now tonight. I dined alone praying for a return of the good steak dinner I'd had so many times before. It was actually the worst. The cut of meat was entirely different. In all previous dinners the steak was about four inches square and about an inch thick, a sirloin filet if you will. Tonight's steak was triangular and not even a half inch thick. While it was at least warm it was not the way I ordered it. And TOUGH. I think they got it off the bottom of someone's shoe. So with three consecutive lousy dinners, I am done with Dawson's. You know, three strikes and you're out. An argument can be made that since I didn't make them aware of any of these they didn't have an opportunity to make it right. My response would be that after 17 years of above average meals to have 3 awful ones in a row tells me their cooking standards have dropped significantly. And I am not willing to pay for what their current standards are. It truly does make me sad."

"Love eating at Toscana after a long day at work. Relaxing with an Italian Manhattan before enjoying the best pasta in the area is a great way to end a hectic day of work. Pasta is Always perfectly cooked. Pre pasta arugula salad is a mouth watering winner. Our server Allison was friendly very efficient. She presented each course in a slow manner which enabled us to enjoy every bite."

"Fantastic experience, as usual. I needed a quick meal before heading to a concert, and the waiter and chef had our food ready in just 10 minutes, allowing us plenty of time to savor our meal and still make it to the performance on time. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Our waiter was outstanding, checking in on us without interrupting our conversation or meal. They packaged our leftovers and even offered to keep them safe for us until after the show. The pizza was amazing and reasonably priced. I will certainly be returning!"

"This is a great date night spot. We were there Friday night so there was live music setting up towards the end of our dinner. We sat inside this time but the patio is equally nice just a bit noisier with the huge outdoor bar. And you can hear the live music outside through speakers so you don't miss that. I had the Bourbon Ribeye the last 2 times I've dined here because it's so good. My husband had the Braised Short Rib and he said it was so good. You have to try the Chocolate Cake for dessert! I get it every time we dine here!"

"There were three vegan entrees to choose from; and some pizzas, soups and salads could also be ordered as vegan. The complimentary bread w/oil was also vegan. I went to the Wynn hotel specifically in search of a vegan friendly restaurant after reading online that every restaurant in the hotel had vegan options because Steve Wynn is a vegan. I was not disappointed. The hotel was by far the more beautifully decorated for Christmas than any of the other hotels I had the chance to visit on the strip. The wait staff knew exactly what was vegan without having to ask the chef. The meals were between $20-$40 for entrees with soups and salads in the $15 range. You could also see the menu on display before entering. As far as taste, the food wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either. It was good. I will say that I have eat at a couple other restaurants in Vegas over the weekend (one vegan fast food and another high end restaurant that tried to cater to my diet), and this restaurant was the only one I left that I didn't feel like I may have had my food cross contaminated with animal products. As many vegans know this can make you ill. So for options, ambiance and knowledgeable staff this place deserves 3 stars. I would have rated higher if the food was exceptional and if the staff was a bit more enthusiastic about being there. I had the opportunity to interact with a few staff in the hotel, and all of them knew their jobs, but none seemed to really enjoy them."

"We went for Valentines day and were seated with a dedicated valentines day menu. A quick evaluation showed it was not an option for us as we are vegetarian and the menu was steaks. They did not complain and handed us the regular menu. We ordered, the food came in an appropriate time and was good. The jazz duo playing was entertaining without being intrusive. We had a lovely time. It was not inexpensive but the price was appropriate for a V day dinner."

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still seated at a booth that looked into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved but chose not to be. Server was very enthusiastic, but neglected to fill water glasses without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crunchy would have been nice. Not a fan of a la carte, especially at the price for the entree alone. Room was very dark and somewhat noisy. I would ask not to be seated in that area another time."

"My family LOVES Fiorella 's in Newton and during the pandemic we started ordering comfort food from Fiorella 's Express in Belmont. It 's a pandemic, so we were willing to overlook some quality issues, but after months of terrible food, I have to write this review. Things really went down hill starting in January and I kept hoping it would get better. I usually order Lemon Chicken and once in a blue moon it 's great, but the rest of the time I 've had: bone dry/no sauce, soupy- totally drenched in 1/2 a cup of liquid, gummy, oily, chicken totally burned and inedible, the list goes on... Why do I keep ordering?! ‍ ‍ I 'm too lazy to go to the OG restaurant in Newton. But that 's okay... Other dishes have also come out messed up- Baked Gnocchi (forgot the mozzarella on top! , Chicken Gnocchi Fra Diavolo (greasy with sauce separating- totally disgusting , California Wrap came delivered as a Cesar Wrap, Pizza (overcooked and crust edges totally burned , Salads (wilting/rotting lettuce . I could make this food better myself and I haven 't touched my kitchen since the baking surge of March 2020. C 'mon Fiorella 's Express. I hope you read these reviews and make some changes. As of today I will only be eating at the restaurant in Newton. When you put it on Yelp, it makes it real, right? Asking for a friend (who agrees Fiorella 's Express in Belmont is terrible ."

"I was traveling through this area and decided to try this location after driving for more than 6 hrs due to the fact that it was one of the only places around the area that seemed appeasing to order some food..The ambiance was really calm and aesthetically pleasing. I placed an order to go with a cashier who was very nice and sweet. There was no one else in store when I placed the order. However, I was told that it would be 10 mins long. decent time to prepare . With little to no traffic. I had to eventually ask how much longer after waiting for almost 30 mins and other customers receiving their food quicker than mine.I ordered a chicken parm an eggplant parm for myself a friend.Was entirely disappointed by the lack of communication that could have been relayed to let me know my order would be taking longer. I also had to come back inside after finally receiving bc no napkins were placed in my to go bag .. adding on to the inconvenience of my time.As for the quality of food, I guess it depends on what you order. The chicken parm my friend had he rates 5/5. Soft bread, good amount of cheese. As for the the Eggplant parmigiana, totally not worth it. Ironically enough there is a review 7 months ago about the eggplant parmigiana 7 months later it is still the same. Thinly sliced eggplant .. barely any sauce.. can’t appreciate the soft bread bc that is all you’re tasting for 11 dollars bread. 1/5 for potential of flavor.I hope for future the item on the menu gets rectified communication is better as time is valuable as a traveler."

"What bad experience, we drive 40 miles one way because the food has always been excellent. However tonight was a nightmare. We order lasagna, 6:00 in the evening, I don’t consider that late, they are out so we order another dish that we have had before. Order a margarita and a draft beer. The waitress said the margarita would be pre mixed okay if that all you have surely it wouldn’t be full price. The beer was flat no foam no nothing flat couldn’t drink it)traded for a bottle The food came, nothing fresh about it, obviously was frozen; warm, not hot just wanted to get it over with. We had a $5.00 off coupon with their name and logo professional, not scribbled out on a bar napkin) . The waitress said she couldn’t accept it the manager wasn’t there. 4 tvs the final four was on and no one knew how to turn the tv on. And the premix margarita was $8.00 in a bourbon glass. I’d say by July they will be out of business, like I said we had been there several times and was always excellent but after tonight we won’t be back; so disappointing. I’ll give 1 star because the waitress was nice it wasn’t her fault."
