"Fast forward a year, and what a complete turnaround! This time, the Friday lunch buffet was terrible. The shrimp and crabs in the one-pot dish had a muddy flavor, and the crawfish stew tasted the same, which isn't typical of authentic Louisiana cuisine. The gumbo and jambalaya also had strange flavors and were far from the quality I had expected.
What could have caused such a drastic difference in just a year? Could it be different chefs? I won't be returning. Additionally, I was charged extra for using a credit card, which is unacceptable. Overall, a very disappointing experience!"
