"All KINDS of folks just loitering in and around this place, some begging for dollars (not change! , some just standing at the entrance talking loudly and obscenely. The place smells like a dirty bar... stale liquor and cigarette smoke... mainly because of the people hanging around inside. All I needed was the ATM and a pepsi.... changed my mind about both! It looks as if they just did MAJOR building renovations, so I cant imagine WHY they'd allow THIS to be the clientele."
