"Relish has always been and will continue to be my favorite burger spot in Gainesville. When I was a student at UF, this was the only burger I ever craved, and I always make sure to stop by whenever I am back in town. The burger is made in a smash burger-style right in front of you. You can customize your burger at the topping bar with unique ingredients. The restaurant is small, so seating may be limited during busy times. When I was in school, the atmosphere was grungy with heavy metal music playing, which I thought was awesome. I can't express enough how much I love Relish and always recommend it to friends visiting Gainesville."
