"I ordered 3 meals, including arroz compollo, a meal that frequently comes without rice and beans at other establishments. However, I wanted rice and beans and noticed that, on their menu, the dish was on a list whose heading noted rice and beans were included. Not trusting this, I asked the sever if these sides were indeed included with the meal. She turned the menu so she could read it and told me that they were included, as if I can't read. But when I got home, there were no rice and beans. Go figure.On the positive side, they included chips and salsa. But a handful of the chips were old. Really old. They had an off taste that was disgusting."

"I called about 6 weeks ago and spoke with a manager. I wanted to host a graduation party there of between 40 and 50 people there. I asked if we could have the bar area to ensure that we would not take up too much seating from the main area. I also stated that we did not need the tables put together that I just wanted to possibly have an area. I have requested large parties of between 30 and 50 people before on a weekend which has been granted twice. It seemed to be bothersome with two/three sections of tables put together like this so I was attempting to be accommodating because I love the atmosphere, I love the food, and the staff is amazing. I was told that this was doable and that I just needed to call 2 weeks in advance to solidify the plans. Therefore, I called two weeks in advance and was immediately told that it was not possible and that there was no way to accommodate that many people and that they do not even take call-ahead seating for weekends which seemed odd because again... I have done this before on two different occasions. Being that I had everything set for this and was counting on having this , I am now forced to scramble and find means to have a party within two weeks time. Counting on this, and having the rug ripped under me with no venue, no food, no anything I am very disappointed in a restaurant that I frequent and have recommended on numerous occasions. With this negative experience I do not plan on visiting your restaurant again and will definitely no longer recommend this. Understandably, this will probably do nothing and I am more than likely just a number in a sea of countless customers you have had and continued to have but I wanted to put my extremely negative experience to your customer service team and thank your restaurant for losing a loyal customer and large amount of business."

"I visited your North Richland Hills location this evening, and being my first time at Chipotle, I felt a bit overwhelmed. However, your host Luke quickly noticed this and was incredibly kind. He took the time to explain how everything works and even offered me samples of the vegan meat—the tofu was fantastic! Luke's coworkers were just as friendly and welcoming. As an African American who often feels hesitant about trying new places due to uncertainty, I wanted to share how wonderful your staff is. Their warmth and respect truly made a difference in my experience. On top of that, the food was excellent! Thank you, Luke, for making my visit so enjoyable."

"I am in town for work and we had a staff night out. We were all impressed with the watermelon margaritas (pictured, but the lighting has messed with the color). I ordered the Blanca burrito and added shredded beef on recommendation from our waitress. She definitely deserves some recognition for that suggestion! The beef was a delicious addition. Everything our table had was great and the waitress was wonderful."

"I truly hope this location will reopen soon. My family and I have been loyal patrons for years, and it’s really heartbreaking to see it closed. The food was fantastic, especially the fajitas, and the service was exceptional; everyone was always incredibly friendly. We’ve never found another restaurant that we adore as much as this one. We celebrated every special occasion here, from graduations and birthdays to simply getting an A+ on a report card. We visited so frequently that the servers would come over just to confirm our usual order because they already knew what we liked. Last year, we even traveled to Orlando five times just to dine at the On The Border there because we missed the food so much. We miss it dearly and truly hope you’ll be back soon!"

"I 've never liked Hacienda but my girlfriend does. So I decided to take a chance once more. Well horrible choice on my part. We sat down and got menus and chips. Then waited 15 mins. The server comes up just starts spewing what you want I 'm sure you know what you want after waiting so long. So we gave him a drink order and said we 'd order food after drinks. 35 mins pass. We have no water. No drinks. My girlfriend goes up to the bar and gets water.. After another server asked if we were being helped. I said well no idea where our server is but my girlfriend just got us water. We then have another waitress step up and take our drink orders and food. Our server stops by again and apologizes and says he 'll get those. Let 's say this was the theme for the night and the only thing he accomplished was wasting our time and getting basically tasteless food that wasn 't even right. We spent 2 hours there and saw two other tables get served with food and drinks. Leave and others arrived at that time. To even get our ticket we had to stand up and tell another server we wanted to leave. Which then our server gave us and the check back. Which was all he did. I understand people get busy. I understand low staff. But he had a table of 11 and us from what it looked like. If you can 't handle the table for 2 maybe you should hand it off. Because everyone else did your job. Which just cemented the fact that i still hate hacienda and their food. But hey kudos to the wait staff that actually helped us and apologized."

"said was delicious. my only complaint is the taco or soggy. perhaps put together the taco meals or things like chips that are supposed to be crunchy in a separate container and let customers assemble themselves. the carnitas were phenomenal have been craving them all week. will definitely order again. their salsa is extremely tasty yet not overwhelming. the tortilla chips were perfectly toasted not hard as a rock yet not too flaky. the chicken chimichanga was okay I liked everything about it except for the chicken was really hard to chew. the same chicken in the chicken tacos is the same meat. it was a little tough and dry. the juicy carnitas made up for the dry chicken and that is why I give them a five-star."

"We have been coming to this restaurant for years, and while everything has generally been good lately, last night truly reminded us why we keep returning. The Happy Hour Margarita is unbeatable! Our food was outstanding, with absolutely no complaints. Adam, our server, really made the evening special. He was attentive and seemed to know exactly what we needed, so whenever we had a request, it was addressed promptly. He even added melted cheese to the family portion of the refried beans, just as it should be. We also received an email about a kids' offer, which I wish had come with more than a day's notice, but it did inspire us to change our usual dinner plans so we can come in on Tuesday instead."

"Man, this place has gone downhill. Apparently now you only receive one complimentary basket of chips and one little dish of salsa. We had a table of 4 adults and 1/3 of the chips were broken into small pieces. One basket of chips for FOUR adults. We asked for another basket and were told it would be an additional charge, which we have never encountered from a Mexican place! I ordered fajitas and our server asked if I wanted shredded cheese or guacamole. OR?!? One or the other…for a $25 meal??? What a joke! "The food was average, the service was average, and the atmosphere was some employee with his hair in a top knot flirting with a bunch of teenage girls about 2 tables away. Other employees i assume were managers were also standing around the same table. Our server was trying to get things done, but our service suffered because of it. It was my wife's birthday dinner, we planned to get the big cookie sundae, but the server brought out our check, and didn't even ask if we needed anything else first. Hacienda lost out on sales, the server lost out on tips, and i went to the store and bought my wife a birthday dessert. Unfortunately the experience was forgettable at best."

"Not sure how to start this review..... Positive first; the food and drinks were great. Hot, tasty, and satisfying. Our service on the other hand was something I may have a hard time trying to describe. Nikki was our server. I am not sure what was wrong with her. This restaurant was moderately busy but not on a wait. Nikki was distressed and out of breath our entire visit. Every table she visited she was out of breath, explained how chaotic it was, and was in tears almost with every table food drop off. She seemed as if she was acting and trying to get sympathy from each table because of her level of pain or stress. She made my husband and I uncomfortable from start to finish. My advice to this Hacienda: The management needs to be more aware of the service given by their employees. A simple table touch would be beneficial from time to time to talk to the guest. Also, observe your emoloyees while they are working. Then, maybe, you won't get reviews such as these on google."

"I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Hacienda, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time. The primary issue that overshadowed everything else was the excruciatingly long wait time and the complete lack of food even after waiting for over an hour. The wait time alone would have been bad enough, but the fact that we didn't even receive our food was the final straw. It's baffling how a restaurant could fail so miserably in its most fundamental task: serving food to its customers. This experience left a sour taste in our mouths and ensured that we will never return to Hacienda again."
