"I ordered delivery tonight and my driver waited for over 20 minutes. The rice that was supposed to come with my chicken was missing. The chicken was dry and chewy, possibly old. The rice was also dry with hard pieces. The egg rolls were not even lukewarm. The food and quality assurance were absolutely terrible. It took a long time for the food to arrive, so it can't even be said that they rushed. I will not be eating here again."

"Just because I cannot leave 0 stars. First off my sister called in a to go order 20-25 minutes prior to me arriving and I still waited for 25 minutes for the pot stickers that did not make it on my order. I paid and still left a tip. Now I live 20 minutes outside of town so I drove home and handed the food over to my hungry 3 year old and pregnant sister. After about 1 minute I hear my sister say she found a hair in her food, the chicken was over cooked and our pot stickers were burnt. I called the man to get my money back for the dinner we would not be eating and I was questioned on how long and what type of hair. He went back and forth for a minute and we decided to come 20 minutes back to town to show him the hair and get our money back. Let me add that this hair was fried to a crisp in the sauce that it had been cooked in... After the man was out right rude to my sister I stepped in and said it was not okay no matter it was an Asian hair (his words not mine) or and freaking animal hair that is just unacceptable. He refunded 70% of our meal after only offering 50%. Worst service/food I 've ever had and I 've lived in Grants Pass my whole life."

"Ok if you want to have a fun time go here! Presentation of the food is nice, a little vase with flowers on each table, and it was comfortable for my plus sizeness to sit in a booth lol But seriously the best part was the staff. We were helped by like 6 different people. They seem to all work as a pretty effective team to make sure everyone's taken care of!
