"Worst experience there ever today. Told twice by 2 servers they would be right back to take our order. That turned into 20 minutes. Then was told you were out of Saranac Root Beer, that you had hard root beer on tap so I just ordered a water. Server cones back to the table and said there was 1 bottle of Saranac root beer left.
