"I always give places I visit at least three visits before I give a review. I?ve been with my boyfriend about five times now to Skybox. We have been on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. It?s always almost empty, which is fine by us because we don?t like crowded places. But if you like being around a large crowd, this is not the place for you. The food is great for a sports bar, the drinks are good and we like the mix of music. However the service is not the best. Like I mentioned the place is always almost empty. We arrived it took almost 40 minutes to get a waitress, mind you there were only seven people at the time. It felt like they didn?t even want to be there. No smiles just frowns. They appear upset when you want to order more drinks also. Which is bizzare being that it?s your job. Overall the place is very nice and clean, the food is great, the drinks are good, the music is good but the service is horrible. The only reason we will keep coming back is due to the small crowd and other pluses. The security was more friendly than the staff. Our interaction with the older white security Officer was great. Which is not common for security. He was helpful and smiling. Another plus I must mention. They always have three security guys there, which we like. The older one is friendly, and he is always all over the place. He is def observing everything going on. Overall if their service would improve, this place could be something."
