"We breezed into Simpsonville, SC and pulled into this magical and friendly place only to find the BBQ more flavorful than anything we have ever tasted. The menu is mouthwatering and if not for the suggestions by our host Wyatt we would have been totally lost. I went for the Carnivores Plate of off the bone ribs, cut with a fork brisket, succulent pulled pork, tender roasted chicken quarter, and smoked sublime sausage. My wife went with a pulled pork sandwich, cold slaw and to die for banana coconut cream custard.We found a gem in a totally unexpected place. Thanks Chef John!
