The menu is mouthwatering and if not for the suggestions by our host Wyatt we would have been totally lost. I went for the Carnivores Plate of off the bone ribs, cut with a fork brisket, succulent pulled pork, tender roasted chicken quarter, and smoked sublime sausage. My wife went with a pulled pork sandwich, cold slaw and to die for banana coconut cream custard.We found a gem in a totally unexpected place. Thanks Chef John!
