"The Veal Flatbread wasn't a pizza, but it had a delicious cauliflower mash topped with perfectly cooked bacon and veal, showcasing the flavors brought out by the wood-fired preparation of the bread. Many of the steak dishes are prepared sous vide, which means the medium-rare option was off the table. We tried the Chateaubriand special, which was just the right amount for two to share but could have used a bit more sauce or seasoning. The haricot verts were excellent and paired well, while the potatoes had a lovely creamy texture.
The service was top-notch, and the ambiance was perfect for our date night. One small downside: both my date and I found the smooth stone floor to be quite slippery, though thankfully nobody fell. Overall, I’d love to come back and explore more of the menu!"
