"Waiting 20 minutes for just 2 cheeseburgers, pretzel sticks, and 2 boxes of 6-piece chicken strips with soggy fries was frustrating. I asked for country gravy with one order, but they gave BBQ sauce on both. To make matters worse, they dropped the first box of chicken strips on the floor, and the employee just asked the cook what to do with it instead of handling it properly. This shows a lack of proper training and common sense, especially when it comes to food safety and timely service. People don’t want to wait so long and end up with cold, soggy food. I won’t be coming back to this Dairy Queen."
