"I think for most people this would probably be four stars but I give it three for my particular tastes. To start they give 5 6 different side dishes (kimchi, salads, cucumbers, broccoli, etc. but I only liked the salad and cucumbers. I am not a kimchi fan but i think those who like it would enjoy it.They are very strict on the other accompaniments. We ordered 4 bbq meat entrees, the seafood pancake and a tofu stew (forgot the exact name for our party of 6 to celebrate my birthday.The give steamed eggs with your order. When we asked how many the waitress said 1 which we thought was kinda stingy. We asked how that is determined and she said 1 with every two orders of bbq meat. We did order 4 so ended up with 2 free steamed eggs which were light and fluffy.Asked for six white rice for everyone and were told we only get five. Probably paid close to $300 for dinner and they are counting white rice bowls on me. We just paid for the last one. Other high end BBQ (which I have reviewed give free white rice and this place is not cheap. $45 for an order of galbi and $35+ for brisket and bulgoki.The brisket was dry 2.5 starWould have been better with more marbling/fat. The bulgoki was sweet but not what I expected. Almost like a stew with more liquid and a mix of chap chae noodles and rice cakes mixed in. My son told me this was more traditional 4 starThe galbi was outstanding 2 bone in strips per order (we ordered two . Very tender and flavorful. I wish they actually cooked the bone part though. Maybe they take it to make beef stock? 5 starsTofu stew one large shrimp and clam. My wife had to add some extra soy sauce but liked it enough after that to take the remaining soup home. 3.5 stars.Free parking is limited. You can also park in the metered lot across the street."

"I got the grilled bulgogi with fried rice and fried. The smoky flavor of the bulgogi was an unexpected surprise but so delicious… can’t say the same for the “fried rice” which really just tasted like unseasoned brown rice. "I love the food here. The service has always been quick and easy too. It's been awhile since I last ate here, but I left a poor review on their newer buffet restaurant and felt I should give the original location some praise. It's a night and day difference. Just go here for good food, but go to the buffet only if you don't care and need to eat a ton. Thanks and good work."

"For real, this is the worst place I've ever had teriyaki chicken. You get to watch them cook it so that's cool, one star for that. But the chef, on god, took raw chicken breast, slices it up, and cooks it on a table top flat grill. No seasoning, nothing. also the chicken has not even taken on any color before it's ready to plate. Then they put it over your choice of rice or noodles, I chose noodle and I wish I chose rice because I love rice but I was feeling adventurous. These noodles are like if you shredded plastic into strips and boiled it until it was seconds away from mush. Now I feel like I can say this because I've had countless other better versions of this dish but it gets worse. They ladel on this watery teriyaki essence juice that is so thin in just runs off the meat and noodles and pools at the bottom of the tray. The salad that comes with is good quality but if you get anything other than ranch you are in a for a trip. The citrus dressing is just soy sauce. I'm mostly disappointed because I really wanted to like this place. The inside is cute, the chairs are comfy and the staff is actually really friendly and helpful. I wasn't rushed at all and they explained things to me when I had questions. But to pay close to 35 for 2 meals like what I described it just is not worth it and I cannot recommend this place because of it."
