"I’m honestly really disappointed I came here. I originally came for the ambience and decorations. I didn’t check the menu before coming, which is my fault. Nonetheless, the prices are ridiculous. The pre-fixed menu is $79 and if you buy a la carte, they charge you $20 fee. So, I thought it’d be smarter to go cray on the pre-fix menu. Paying 79, i expected a great high quality meal. It only gives you one appetizer, one entree and one dessert and with the dessert, you don’t get a choice. the only option is ‘santa’s cookies’ and i’ll get to that later. my appetizer of arancini was good, but extremely small. i’d say it’s worth $12. my burger was extremely dry and horrible quality. i’ve had better burgers at diners, this is something a 12 year old could make. literally worth $12. what put the cherry on top of this was the horrible ‘dessert’. it was 5-6 little italian pastry cookies that you could literally buy at a bakery for $1 total. on the menu, it also said that the santa’s cookies come with a glass of milk. with that being said, i did assume the cookies would be warm chocolate chip cookies since those are the traditional santa’s cookies but i guess not. they also did not come with milk and when i asked for the milk, my waitress looked at me like a deer in headlights- as if it wasn’t supposed to come with my cookies. she also said they only have soy milk and some other alternative milk. this is very confusing because if you offer milk, how could you not have regular milk? anyways, she charged me $4.50 for the milk and i was so distracted by everything that i didn’t even speak to her about how it was supposed to come with the meal. i never write horrible reviews like this, but i feel completely robbed. this restaurant was supposed to be an amazing date and although we did have fun, my meal was literally worth $30 and i feel absolutely taken advantage of."

"When we tried to order wine, the first two selections were unavailable. When we inquired about the wines he did have, his response was, “I’m not in charge of the wines.” After that, he and the staff tried to locate our third choice, making us wait an additional ten minutes. When we questioned why the Gem Salad didn’t actually contain any Gem Lettuce, he simply stated that no one had ever asked him that before, and then he walked away. The salad was made with Romaine Lettuce. When we requested cheese to be added to the pasta Bolognese, he seemed surprised by the question and asked what kind of cheese we wanted, as if he had never been asked to add Parmesan before. Adding cheese at the table is standard in most high-end restaurants, yet he appeared annoyed to even have to do it. From start to finish, this service was an absolute joke. He never apologized for any mistakes or asked how he could improve our experience. Despite there being virtually no other diners present, we received slow and inattentive service throughout our meal. The food itself was just mediocre, with the Gem Lettuce Salad being incorrectly labeled and lacking any Gem Lettuce, and the pasta Bolognese being bland. Our dining companions were also dissatisfied with their dishes. Wolfgang Puck should be embarrassed by this new restaurant. It fails to meet the standards of his other establishments, and if things don’t change soon, it likely won’t last long."

"Couple of things.....first FOOD was FAB....when I finally got it. The manager she was super stressed and relayed that onto the customer. I literally sat for 30 minutes before I got drink that ended up to be the wrong thing, and then it was like my fault that.... (1) the waitress had a breakdown , (2) the communication should have been better once this happened, so therefore the customer knew what to expect , (3) once I did talk to the management she literally was super confrontational . Once I did get the food, and have the conversation or confrontation with the management(confrontation) waitress(conversation) (which we feel that her work environment possible the management was bullying her in return she broke down)....but once I got the food it was great. I had Nebraska Nachos and my husband had Steak Salad w/fried on top and melted cheese...and it was great. The staff literally is not doing their job, and the bussers 4 of them were wiping off the same table. The waitresses do not have to even bus their own tables and they were literally disappearing off the floor. The waitresses as my husband and I looked around we gone off the floor for sometimes 10 15 minutes NOONE ON THE FLOOR AT ALL. 7/10 people had empty cups and dirty dishes on their table. I would recommend to order in and carry out if they have that option and sit in the parking lot and eat instead of eating in. I have been in the restaurant industry my whole life. I have worked in it myself and my mother was one of the best waitresses a place could have....and this was simply just unbearable. I appreciate the attempt to after the whole deal...that the waitress said hey I had a breakdown and....! I probably will not go back...to dine in. Thank you I was really excited about this place to open; and really let down honestly."
