"We visited the restaurant with a group of 16 people on Saturday night. It wasn't too crowded, so they were able to seat us easily. We were provided with two waitresses to assist us, one for each table. The waitress at our table was friendly and attentive."

"Today I met a buddy for lunch at Twin Peaks Arapahoe. Our Twin Peaks Girl was Kenna. And wow was I impressed! Awesome server! Pleasant, friendly demeanor. She checked back often to see if we needed anything (which is not the case with a few of the other servers I have had). And she took a little time to chat with us, which we appreciated. I think Twin Peaks Arapahoe should make her a new hire trainer because she does such an outstanding job and knows how to provide a great customer experience. I hope I am fortunate to have Kenna as Twin Peaks girl on a future visit."

"I had the chicken wings and they were amazing. The 29 degree beer was super cold. Flat screen TV’s showing the Thunder game and College basketball. Great selection of beer and whiskey. I highly recommend for the cold beer, fresh food and sports viewing."

"After finishing dinner at another restaurant, we were on our way back to a friend's hotel when we stumbled upon this place. I'm so glad we decided to stop in for a margarita. The drink menu was impressive, and flipping it over revealed a variety of specials. Despite being full from dinner, the food coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. We ended up ordering another round of drinks, along with chips and queso. The queso was tasty, but what really stood out was the cute little cauldron it was served in, which was bubbling hot. Imagine fajitas sizzling, but with queso instead. It was the perfect combination of hot, gooey queso and crispy chips. The decor of the restaurant was charmingly quirky with a blend of sea and country aesthetics, which I found to be delightful. Our server struck the perfect balance of being friendly and attentive without hovering. Our friends enjoyed the experience so much that they returned for dinner the following night. The only downside was that the restaurant wasn't closer to our hotel."

"Pork ribs and New York steak meat are delicious I can't remember the name of the burger, but the patty is salty and the bun tastes like vinegar. I think you need to look at the source carefully before removing it. There was a strong smell of disinfectant in the cola, so I thought it was the ice that was the problem, so I took out the ice and only received cola, but the smell was still there. I guess I used too much disinfectant while cleaning the dispenser and didn't remove it properly. I was embarrassed when the burger spilled on the table while serving, but they kindly took action. I wish I could just get rid of the cola disinfectant smell."

"Stopped in to Twin peaks about 4pm on Saturday. My wife and three kids in tow. Noticed 4 girls standing at the hostess table. At least one on a cell phone but all of them oblivious to the world. After being acknowledged we asked to sit outside. We were told there were no tables available out of the front patio. However other than two other guests all the tables were open. They were however all covered with dishes and empty beer glasses. We were told the back patio was available. So we head to the back and go to sit down. There was trash everywhere. All over the floor and the audio for the baseball game was so loud you had to scream and the person next to you. So I asked if we could instead sit in the front patio and was told it would probably be at least 30-40 mins before somebody would make there way around to the front patio to buss the tables. She did say she could ask the manager to turn down the audio from the baseball game. I instead asked her to ask the manager to wipe off one of the multiple empty tables they had in the patio so we could sit down. After another ten min and walking to front to see the same four girls staring at cell phones and giggling to each other we left. Why do we need four hostesses? Why don't they put the phone away and clear a table and wipe it down? Where was the manager to manage the multiple employees doing nothing or here's an idea he could buss a table. They were not busy there was nobody else waiting to be seated. Bottom line... lazy employees, no quality management and no desire to take care of the customer. See the attached photo of the patio."

"founding twin peaks location. I was looking for somewhere to see Playoff football and decided to give this place a try. my waitress was ruby and her service was excellent. she immediately greeted me and inquired about the ways of living I like when she went over the menu with me and suggested that I got the salmon caesar salat that was surprisingly amazing. I ordered a Blantons double and a modelo, both of which quickly brought along. ruby went beyond and beyond to make sure that my experience that afternoon was a great one and I appreciate that. would definitely recommend this device and if I am in the opposite, I will be sure to stop by"

"Twin Peaks on Kirby Drive has the best server Claudia , hands down! She is so professional, detailed and yet so courteous at the same time. My wife and I had a lot of details in our food order, the food was great and everything came back as we ordered. "Worst experience ever! We waited an hour for our drinks and never received anything. The tables around us were being served, but we were overlooked. I even asked the waitress about our order, and she told me it was on its way. However, she returned with drinks for the same table for their third round! I eventually told the waitress to cancel our order because we were leaving. It was our first time at Twin Peaks, and it will definitely be our last."

"First time at a Twin Peaks...now I understand the name. ?? Naive me fondly thinks back to the TV series of the same name. Hubs eyes were about to fall out of his head. Anyhow, food, they have food. I got the crispy mini beef tacos...they were really good and filling. The corn shells are fried until they puff a little (kind of like a puffy taco you find in San Antonio, kind of) and become very crunchy. They are loaded with enough ground beef, pepper jack, pico de gallo, sour cream cilantro that enough naturally fell out to make another taco with hubs left over shells from his chicken street tacos. He didn't say much about the tacos...I think his mind was elsewhere. They came with tortilla chips (a little greasy) and a warm, fire roasted salsa. Service was excellent!"

"We sat for about 15 minutes before our waitress finally made it to our table. We ordered a billionaires bacon that was semi cooked, then microwaved when we requested it hot. It came out chewy and overly seasoned with pepper and not edible. We sent it back twice before getting an order that was crispy sweet and salty the way it should be. We had to get the waitresses attention again to order chips and salsa because of how long we waited for our main courses. When the chips came they were saturated in sea salt. Also not edible. The manager brought us out fresh chips with no salt but by the time that happened our meal had arrived. My strawberry margarita was way too sweet and the waitress never asked if I wanted a salted rim or a sugar rim. I would have went with salt to cut the sweetness. The entrees were better than everything else including the service, but I wouldn’t recommend this place. Also, beware of the sauce that comes with the pork tacos. It will destroy your palette. It literally tasted like a bunch of ghost peppers were put in a blender and poured into a side sauce cup. Absolutely awful. #donttryit"
