"I was called by Tom George to let me know that they were not going to be serving brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to reschedule for dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday as I scheduled to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant did not call the next day and I decided I will not try to eat there again. So on Sunday I went to LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel where we had a lovely dinner which I knew I would because I have been there before.I do not know whose responsibility it is on Open Table to be sure the information about a restaurant is up to date and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me at any restaurant before."

"Our waitress had not only my table but also the two tables around me. In the two hours my self and my friends were there she only checked on us twice. We only got water refill once. But she constantly checked on the two tables around us no problem. Myself and another person i was with got bottomless mimosas and we only got one refill because that how little she came to our table."

"I came here on NYE with my boyfriend from out of town and unfortunately we didn’t have the greatest experience. We were happy that they were able to accommodate us inside after booking an outdoor table. It took about 5 minutes for someone to come greet us and get our drink orders (me being a server here in New York and my boyfriend is a chef, we know how the restaurant business goes and things happen so we didn’t think too much of it). We asked what kind of cheese was on the cheese platter and sadly two of the servers were unable to tell us because they did not know. We got it anyway and it was pretty good as well as the Brussel sprouts. We ordered the truffle gnocchi and the crab cake burger and we both did not like it due to the gnocchi being way too salty and the crab cake was clearly old and had zero flavor. No one came by to check on us to see how we were doing and how our food was tasting until we were ready to leave. No dessert was offered either. It had so much potential and maybe we just went on a bad night but I won’t be returning unfortunately."

"I've been past this place for years and I'm finally back about a month ago. I was now several times, dinner and lunch and every time the service is good (they help me to speak some of the things on the menu! and are friendly. If you want "fast food", this is not for you; it will take some time as things are cooked to order, but that is why I like it: fresh food, not sitting under a heat lamp. I look forward to my next visit!"

"I get the riders for my craft coworkers for events. When I try to change it up, the let me know quick, just stick to Andy’s.Toni the best. I have probably ordered 5 or 6 hundred breakfasts from her by now. Nothing has been less than great. Not even as much as a cold rider out of all those I ordered. Toni has come through for me even when I came to her last minute. Not that I would recommend doing that to her. My point is she will do everything in her power to give you whatever you need.PS. Those riders are not greasy like fast food and they stay hot in the wrap for a while. They have more weight than biscuits for sure!"

"The service in this place is top notch. Earnest was our waiter, and he was attentive and accommodating to us. I was looking for something vegan, and he was so helpful with the modifications for the dish I wanted. It was no trouble at all. I got their veggie scramble with red skin potatoes instead of scrambled eggs and additional veggies. My husband got a plate of scrambled eggs, bacon and a fruit bowl. Everything was delicious. It was our first time here, and we can’t wait to be back!"
