"On the day we visited, there was only one server because someone had called out sick, but she did an excellent job managing six tables plus multiple takeout orders. The Big Pig sandwich was delicious; the pulled pork had a nice, moderate smoky flavor, and the sausage was very tasty as well. The sandwich also featured crispy fried onion straws. Both sandwiches were generously portioned. The fries were standard but good. The potato salad wasn’t quite to my taste, as it was made with mustard and dill pickles, but it was still enjoyable. The grease from the fried pork rinds was fantastic!"
