"Used to be my favorite brewery to eat at. New Toast ordering system makes for less personal contact than when ordering at McDonalds, with worse service. Nobody to ask any questions to, or to ask for some condiments after receiving your food, because you have to pay extra for them while ordering. All of this lack of personal interaction unsurprisingly has led to a drop in quality of the food with it. Everyone at our table was pretty unimpressed with their 4 different meals.
