"Unfortunately we had a bad meal at brannn’s in grandville on Saturday, June 4th. my sister was here from the city and we had enjoyed good in the past, so we decided to make a late dinner shortly after 9 o'clock. Google search said restaurant closed at 12 o'clock when we arrived the sign outside, said 11 o'clock. no biggie. when we went into us, we discovered that the estade was closed and only bar area sitting. I'm in the wheelchair so I can't use the high-bay. we had lucky there was a table that was normal high. when we ordered our food, I told the waitress I would have to order a dinner. She said no problem and she would do it later. When our food arrived, I reminded them that I had to make the expulsion. she said it again later, at 10:15. she came back to our table and told us that the grill was closed now and we could order only one appetizer in the round. the excerpt was for my disabled son who doesn't get out. I sent him a text and he said he was used to disappointment. I broke my heart. I know it's just a meal, but it meant a lot to him. the waitress does not know before the time when the grill closes. the bar had only about 8 to 10 customers with just a few tables. it seems as if the waitress had had time to get us to the extradition order more quickly. she was in the ground joking and laughing with the customers at the bar that seemed to be regular. it was not the brann’s that I remembered in the past. for a Saturday night I would expect a better service, no wonder there were no customers. I wasn't rude and I still tipped the waitress, although my sister said I shouldn't. I don't know what happened to the restaurant, but it wasn't as we did in the past. I'm sorry to say, but it'll be one of the last places we choose to eat again."
