"I had high expectations for this country-style restaurant that also doubles as a donut shop, but unfortunately, they were not met. While I had heard great things about the food quality and service, I was disappointed by the generic taste of the food and the lack of coffee. For the price of about $20 for a breakfast dish with coffee, I expected a higher level of quality compared to a fast food chain. I ordered an iced caramel latte but received a hot one, and had to wait due to the large number of people in the restaurant. The food was average and nothing special, and the lack of good customer service was disappointing. Having to serve myself food and utensils after paying and tipping seemed unnecessary. The only positive was that the food was not bad, but overall, it was not worth the price. This review is focused on unmet expectations and overall disappointment with the experience."
