"Got the beef stew with rice noodles, and hot tea. Both were so much welcomed because I was sitting at a cold, windy pier for hours waiting for husband to fish, the food and scalding hot tea warmed me up! The young guy server was polite, and young female server was courteous. I am so grateful that this place exists especially during COVID, and opens until so late. I will be back for late night pho.And yes I know what good pho tastes like (Westminster in Orange county, anyone this isn't quite it...however this isn't in Westminster, so I don't expect such high standards around here. Just be grateful that half decent late night pho exists!"
