"I called around 8:15 PM today, and the person who took my order was quite rude and unwelcoming. The pizza itself was just average; my spouse and I are originally from New York and New Haven, CT, where we've enjoyed some of the finest pizzas around. Unfortunately, this place didn't live up to those standards, and the staff's poor attitude severely affected our experience. We won't be returning. With rising costs, we shouldn’t have to put up with such disappointing customer service. Overall, this was a letdown."
