"We had a holiday event there for 50 people. They gave us 1 server. When we bookend it they said there was a bar upstairs where the room is. Yes there was a bar but the server would put order in computer than had to go downstairs to get the drinks. Took much too long . She worked her butt off and she was nice . We prepaid for food . They did not have enough plates for apps or dinner. We had to keep asking for more. There was no one to clean up our plates or empty glasses most of the night. When we spoke to the staff and manager they were extremely rude almost as if they were ignorin we had to say . He didn't even make eye contact. He said a girl would be up there and one girl came and cleaned a fiew dishes and that was it for the night . No one knew how to turn the lights on in our room when it got dark out . The room right outside ours had a large group before and the table was never cleaned till much later it the night. We had to walk by it all night . We also ended up going to the bar downstairs to get our drinks but that was not what we were told when book. Also was told we would have 2 servers. It's funny I was there is August food was good, service was horrible. We will not be going back there ever again . Not what is use to be and no customer service."

"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. I live nearby and had initially thought it was just a bar, but it actually has more of a sports bar vibe. The place was clean, and the service was friendly and attentive. We ordered boneless wings, pizza, nachos, and loaded fries. The wings were well-cooked and the sauce was tasty, and the pizza exceeded my expectations. The nachos were enjoyable, although the ratio of toppings to chips could be improved, but the fries were very satisfying. Our server was excellent when it came to keeping our drinks filled; I never had to face an empty glass during our visit, and the Long Island iced teas were some of the best I've had. As someone who prefers not to sit in booths, I really appreciated the variety of seating options, both short and tall tables. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit and will definitely be returning."

"This is our new local BYOB favorite. We have been twice now. The staff is very warm and friendly and the food is excellent. If you like well prepared food and are willing to pay for very interesting tasting beautifully plated food then this is a great place. We went twice and both times they were great with diet restrictions too. It's charming, casual enough to walk in (if you can get in!), But also a great place to visit friends and relatives, or to have a special evening or date. The Wayne area needed a place like this. We will come back in any case."

"Delicious food highly recommend the jumbo wings! They really are big. My friend got the “Sticky Burger” and he said it was one of his favorite burgers in town. I got the old bay seasoning wings, just to see what they were like. I was surprised at how good the flavor paired with wings! We also got fried pickle chips as an appetizer, and they disappeared from the table quickly! I only took away a star because the service was very slow. I would return, and wait, again for those delicious wings!"

"First time the try The Watering Hole. It was highly recommended by my work colleagues after moving to Lincoln. We went after work in time for happy hour. Best part about the wings was the size. Each wing is very large and tasty. Had the fried pickles too. The breading on the pickles was a bit underdone/doughy and I don't think we got grilled wings (appearance) like we ordered or I would have given 5 stars.Even though this time was 3 stars, we will definitely give them another chance in the future."

"Okay Food, Okay Service, Elevated Hotel Food Prices. Ate here for lunch on a Thursday. We ordered the Tater Tots appetizer. They're adfvertised as homemade with truffle oil. They were essentially just jumbo-sized tator tots with a funny aftertaste. Also, you only got like 8 of them. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Club sandwich. The bacon was almost non-existent. It wasn't great and it wasn't bad. It was mostly just an average sandwich. The sandwich struck as something I could easily throw together at home and I have a real aversion to paying money in a restaurant for food I can throw together in my own kitchen without much effort. At least at home I would have put a decent amount of bacon on it. Service was okay. Not especially friendly or attentive, but acceptable. There was a hotel employee mopping the lobby when we walked in and he gave us a very evil look for walking over his newly mopped floor to get to the restaurant. Apparently someone needs to school that guy that customers are why he has a job and not an interuption to his job. However, he was a hotel employee, so I can't hold that against Boulder Grill. Restaurant felt very empty for peak lunch hour on a weekday. It's a hotel restaurant (Holiday Inn) so the prices are all elevated like they are at most hotel restaurants. There's no real justification for the elevated prices other than the hotel guests make for a captive audience who will pay those prices for the convenience of eating in their hotel's lobby. For local workers grabbing a bite for lunch it's just not worth it. Additionally, it's certainly not worth driving in from the suburbs at night or on the weekend either. Unfortunately, I work near 1st street, so 7th street is just further than I really want to walk for lunch but at the same time not really far enough away to justify driving. So, based on their average food, average service, but above average prices that just makes it not worth the effort."

"This restaurant has been a beloved gathering spot for my family for decades, but our experience on July 2 was incredibly disappointing. We encountered the worst service I've ever seen. I was with family members, some of whom have disabilities, and we were completely overlooked by the staff. After waiting over 30 minutes, we noticed three different servers serving everyone around us while ignoring our table. We had to ask multiple times for assistance, and when our food finally arrived, one family member waited an additional 20 minutes, watching everyone else eat. When we were ready to leave, nobody came to take our bill, so we had to leave cash. While I hope it was just a lapse in service and not due to our disabilities, it was the only noticeable difference between us and the other customers receiving attention."

"Obviously one of my favorite joints! Amazing wings, it’s the perfect mix of family friendly during the day and early evening and adult bar late evening! Some of the best homemade bread around and great daily dinner specials! I love all the staff from both the front of the house and back of the house, however I think Kortnee is trying to rig some sort of in house contest. This place embodies good food and good people from the owner and his family right on down to all the staff."
