I should have trusted my intuition when making the reservation via their website, and they warn that customers will be “slapped” with a $20 fine per person for canceling within 7 hours. Phrasing, folks. Threatening your patrons is really not a good look to start out with. Where’s the respect and hospitality?Sadly, the food wasn’t worth the trouble of the aggressively stated cancellation policies. Three chunks of lamb in my $25 entree were literally unswallowable- I tried chewing for 2-3 minutes and they just kept going like gum. Ultimately, I had to spit them into a napkin. The rice that came with the dish was shockingly overcooked and mushy. The $18 garlic fried rice was truly forgettable, and way overpriced considering there’s no meat or other expensive ingredients involved.Maybe I caught them on a bad night in the kitchen? But even so, prices were hard to swallow, just like some of the lamb. At least our server was very friendly and professional."
