"Six of us went to have breakfast/lunch together. Unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. After placing our orders, we had to wait a long time before our meals arrived. One dish was not prepared as requested - it was supposed to be toasted but came out soggy. After returning it to be toasted, it finally came out correctly. Five out of the six of us received our meals, but one person had to wait an additional 15 minutes only to find out their meal hadn't even been cooked yet. The waiter was understanding and helped with reordering. The atmosphere felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant, and as a result, we do not plan on returning."
