"This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant, and the staff is always very friendly. However, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of the food. This is the second time I've encountered an issue with my order. Today, when we ordered cheese dip, I found plastic mixed in with it. As I'm pregnant, this is particularly concerning for me. I also felt that the customer service was disappointing after I brought this to the manager's attention."
