"Reasonably priced with a surprisingly large and well-made sandwich that tasted fantastic! The service was prompt, and the chefs were friendly. I was surprised it wasn’t busier during lunch. Overall, a positive experience that makes me want to return.
EDIT 4/26/18: Usually, I enjoy my visits here, but today felt off. The place was nearly empty, the usual complimentary water containers were missing, dessert selection was sparse, and some tables hadn’t been cleared. It seemed like they were closing early despite having over an hour left. When I arrived, only college students were there, already eating. The chef taking my order paused to take a phone call for a pickup while ringing me up for a BLT, chips, water, and a brownie, causing a bit of a wait. After paying, I realized I hadn’t received my water. Returning to the counter, I waited again because the woman who took my order disappeared, and another staff member was busy. When she finally got my water, there was no ice, adding more delay. The brownie was dry, like it had been made the day before. My sandwich and chips took about twelve minutes to be ready, and unlike usual, no one brought them to my table—I had to pick them up myself. The BLT was dry and lacked mayo. Considering this is a training kitchen, I expected homemade mayo, but found only nearly empty mayo containers on the tables. I tried to salvage some from the bottles, but it wasn’t enough. Overall, my meal was disappointing and the service didn’t meet my expectations."
