"The restaurant is situated in a plaza on State Rd. 7 (441). Upon entering, you'll see a take-out counter with a few seats where customers can wait while their food is being prepared. To the left of the counter, there's a door that leads to the dining area, which is equipped with sufficient table seating and a flat-screen TV on the wall. A friendly female staff member approached our table and handed us menus. A few minutes later, she returned to take our orders. My friend chose the curry goat, while I opted for the brown stew chicken. Both meals came with rice and peas, steamed cabbage, and a fried plantain. After about 5 to 6 minutes, the staff member brought out our food, which looked delicious. Here are my thoughts on my meal: The rice and peas were cooked to a nice soft texture, but a bit on the dry side; I should have requested some sauce on the side. The brown stew chicken was tender and bathed in a flavorful sauce. The fried plantain was sweet, and I wished I could have had two more pieces. However, the steamed cabbage had a crunchy texture but was quite bland and could have used a bit of salt."
