I noticed that the menu has undergone a remarkable transformation since my last visit, and there were several dishes I wanted to try, but I settled on the ones below. I absolutely loved the goat cheese shrimp appetizer, and the wedge salad had a unique twist that made it stand out, which I really enjoyed. For my main course, I had the buffalo, which was tender and cooked to perfection. The young waiter, who was hustling all night attending to nearly every table, persuaded me to try the cobbler with vanilla ice cream. It was fantastic! The caramel drizzled over the vanilla ice cream on top of the warm cobbler is sure to please anyone. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return. If you haven't visited Sugas recently, I highly recommend making a reservation. Let's be honest—Beaumont is in need of more fine dining options, and Sugas is certainly making a name for itself."
