"I have a mixed review...the food was very good but there was a lack of understanding by the bartender on how to fix a drink. I got a martini glass with one sot of room temperature vodka and black olives in it...yes, black olives. A far cry from Vodka up with olives which should be a full martini glass with vodka that has been shaken over ice. and green olives added. The server was very helpful and it took at least 4 trips to the bar to get drinks right. The bartender couldn't even come up with a suggestion for a fruity, sweet drink for one of us when they couldn't decide on what they wanted. Again the food Surf turf, salmon and lobster tail were excellent. The chairs are way too heavy and tough to sit on since they are not made to contour to a body. Very straight up. Also very close to the next table and too heavy to pull out for ease of getting in and out of the table. I'm glad we went, but we won't be back. At that price point, they still have many things to work out to make it worth going back."

"We always love coming here for the food. The food is always delicious. However, our service has not been the greatest. We weren’t greeted at the door and waited 15 minutes before someone said anything to us. Our server wasn’t in very much of a rush to get anything to us. We waited probably 10 minutes before he brought us our waters and the same when I asked for a to go box. We also had an older man walked past our table as he was leaving and let out a huge fart which was just horrendous (I know that’s not the restaurants fault, I just couldn’t believe that someone would fart on us as we were eating). We really love the food, we just hate coming in to eat"

"Excellent baby back ribs! Wonderfully friendly and helpful service. I love paying for and eating good food made and served by good, happy people and that is what this is. While the ribs were outstanding, the rest was simply good. Nothing was bad, but I didn't find anything worth ordering over the ribs, including the brisket. The creamed corn was worth trying and people who like a sweet creamed corn will enjoy this. I would love for them to improve their outdoor seating with something to block the sun on hot days and rain when it comes.Parking: Medium sized lot that can accommodate around 50 cars, but it does fill up due to patrons of Smokin Yards and other nearby local businesses/offices"

"Our family (two adults and three children) ate at The Rotisserie Shop for Mother's Day lunch. Despite good food, we will not likely go back. When we arrived, we were seated promptly, but that was the only satisfactory service for the meal. We waited to place our drink order. We were given five adult menus and had to ask for children's menus. Then we waited and waited to place our food order. Our food took quite some time to be made. When we did receive some food, the appetizer came out with the meals and was the wrong appetizer. Two of the five meals were also incorrect. The food was good, all of us enjoyed what we ate. But the timeliness of the service, coupled with the lack of attentiveness (the waiter would quickly walk past us and ask how we were doing without waiting to hear an answer, we had to ask for drink refills, the plate deliverer rolled her eyes when we mentioned the order was incorrect), made the experience laughable. What wasn't funny was the pricing. For the cost of the meals, you deserve far better than ungrateful service and cramped seating in a strip shopping center location. Management did comp the appetizer but it wasn't enough; we were ready to leave as soon as possible. In summary, good food but not worth the price, the time, and the headache."

"I really hate to write this because I believe the manager made a genuine effort to rectify the situation. However, the service was quite poor. It took a long time for them to take drink orders, and they even skipped half of our table. They were out of both wine and wine glasses. When we finally chose a more expensive wine, they served it in champagne flutes, which was quite amusing. They also only brought out half of the appetizers and were very late with the main courses. While some of us enjoyed our meals (the fried chicken seemed to be a highlight), others were disappointed. My fried shrimp was disappointingly small. The service was slow when we tried to order more drinks and water. The manager recognized that things weren't going well and came over to assist. Although some dishes tasted good, the high prices didn't match the level of service we experienced. It's a shame because I really wanted this to be a place we could return to."

"It was the worst service I've ever had! There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant and the bar was incredibly noisy it was impossible to hear what my husband said just across the table! Other tables around us complained to the manager about the lack of service and they received their food free however my husband and I didn't complain because we didn't want to get the waitress in trouble. We asked for bread and never received it and we didn't receive our drinks until our food was brought out. The food was pretty good not what you would expect for the prices you pay and in total we were there ever two hours and we didn't even get dessert because we just wanted to leave by that point!"

"if they make a reservation for Sunday brunch, be ready to wait a while for her to eat! we were expected from a beautiful, friendly and patient waitress. but we waited an hour for our food. the good news is that we were in a position to sipe mimics until eating arrived. the music is also very loud in the lounge so that they scream all the time to their friends and family. the manager was very accommodating and asked the dj to reduce the loudness to a notch. the playlist was everything, so gets the entertainment 5 stars! I would love them to rent more students to help them on Sunday!"

"Tonight, I enjoyed the all-you-can-eat crab and seafood special, and it was fantastic! For $40, I had access to unlimited seafood and soda. The selection included crabs, fresh mussels, corn, sausage, potatoes, boiled peanuts, eggs, and much more, all perfectly seasoned. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere wasn't too crowded. I appreciated that they allowed us to get up for more food without any judgment. It was great that they served everything, minimizing the risk of unwanted contamination. I had a wonderful time sitting with a friend, enjoying the music and the delicious food. I will definitely be returning!"
