The bartender, Mr. not Gus ???????? was personable and knowledgeable. I could not say enough about this place. Being an Italian American myself I am very picky about my food but I was more than pleased in the quality of the appetizers, the entrees, and the incredible desserts. Fresh pasta. Great steaks. Wonderful sauces. An incredible variety. And I cannot say enough about that impeccable service for such a large group. Everything was served at perfect timing. Everything was hot and fresh. "the guy that took our order was ok. I was annoyed because the old man decided to spray clorox water while we were sitting down waiting for our order instead of doing it before we sat down. even though he saw us coming in. the portion of food was pretty big. silver pancakes were regular size pancakes. which I didn't like.it's a very small place nothing major about it. definitely won't be going back."

"We came here for a birthday dinner and it was one of more lasting surprises in recent memory. The restaurant entrance is pretty easy to miss on a side street off the building’s front, but that adds to the charm of what ends up feeling like a hidden gemin downtown Issaquah. The inside is small but intimate in a good way; I didn’t feel crowded or like we were intruding on othertables. The service was prompt and unobtrusive. And the food? I was astounded at the size of our cheese and meat platter—thiscould probably feed 4 instead of just us 2. The sacchetti I ordered was simply delicious, little packets bursting with meatyflavor. For dessert, I chose the brightly tart limoncello which I think I might need to get every single time now. Myhusband’s gelato came in a goblet worthy of Harry Potter and could also easily feed a table of 4. We will definitely return."

"I made my reservation online, and upon our arrival, we were pleasantly greeted by our first names—a nice touch! We were seated promptly, and water was already waiting for us at the table. Our server came over to take our drink orders without any rush and offered helpful suggestions for gluten-free options for my wife. The food was served hot and was absolutely delicious. The server was attentive but not intrusive, providing excellent service overall. We really enjoyed the dining experience, and the desserts were an added bonus—fantastic and reasonably priced. "what a great little spot. they have been here for some time and have really chosen in their menu items. great specials, always worth checking. the personal is friendly and competent. this place is either a ghost town or in the well packed. the best fresh salads, seriously. Not the typical sad pizza place salad, which are fresh and green and they are not vaccinated on the good things! I wish the tweeper rings would be more consistent, and that they would actually use whole cut mushrooms for the pizza, not the spit of mushrooms and pieces. Besides, everything is great and I would recommend a visit if they are in the opposite hungry."

"This place is Under New Management and boy can you tell, in a great way! Loving the new energy. Went for a NFL watch party but stayed after because there was a diverse crowd including Metro officers enjoying the space. Overall, if you want intimacy you can have it, but there were plenty of opportunities for great conversation and witty banter! This is going to be my new spot for study sessions and group projects! Jenell, Jan, and Rob were all AMAZING staff members who will make it their mission to make you feel welcomed. 10 out of 10 would recommend!"

"We visited Inside Park during the busy holiday season, yet the place was only half full—an unusual sight for NYC, often indicating that something is wrong. When it came to service, our waiter completely vanished throughout our meal, and it wasn't because the restaurant was packed; there were only 5 or 6 tables occupied. We had to actually get up and ask for more drinks and bread ourselves, and when we approached the bar to request more water, we found our waiter chatting with the bartender. When I asked about the soup, the waiter informed me that they didn’t have any that day—what restaurant in NYC during winter doesn’t offer soup? He then suggested a dish that resembled a bean soup, but when I expressed interest, he said it was also unavailable. It just felt odd. We asked for bread, and the waiter looked at us as if it were an unusual request. Finally, just as we were finishing our meal, the bread arrived—three tiny pieces of toast. To make matters worse, I noticed a $3 charge for the bread on the bill. When we called the manager over (once again, we couldn’t find our waiter), he apologized and said that bread isn’t typically included with the meal but agreed to remove the charge. It felt like I had stepped back to the 1980s when restaurants used to charge for water and bread. The food itself was actually quite good, but almost every other aspect of the experience felt off. These issues seemed so easily fixable."

"Absolutely terrible. I worked in food service as a waitress until recently and I am appalled. All the orders brought to the table were wrong and after taking almost an hour. Then my $17 chicken dish with pasta was cold and gross. I took it back to the front of the restaurant in front of the kitchen where my plate was handed to the manager/owner. He stuck (I mean fingers through the pasta noodles) his hand in my food, shrugged his shoulders and then tossed it into the microwave. He then turned around and saw me. I told him I just saw what he did and he called me a liar. Needless to say I did not eat it and he did not comp. my food. Until recently I have always been a waitress and never get mad in restaurant settings because I understand it is high demand and stressful. But! I cannot believe he blatantly stuck his hand in my food and then called me a liar. For almost twenty dollars I do not expect that kind of service."

"I absolutely love Ober Gatlinburg! It’s the best calm and fun amusement park in Tennessee. There are no rushes or long wait times. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of shops and food stands to explore. The Leather Shop has fantastic options; my husband bought two custom leather belts and two beautiful belt buckles, while I got some lovely bracelets! "I consider myself a pizza tasting connoisseur, as I 've tried every pizza establishment in town and surrounding area. I got tired of hearing my brother Glenn rant and rave about how great the pizza is at Pizza, Etc. So this weekend I decided to give it a try while I watch some exciting playoff football on Saturday. I had tried a couple of times, ordering on a snowy day and spoke with Sergio, who was very kind and helpful, unfortunately on that particular afternoon, he didn 't have a delivery person so I told him him I 'd try another day... Today, I placed my first order with Sergio, as we had originally hit it off. Being from Chihuahua, Mexico, I told him that I had strong ties there, playing decades of professional beisbol, as I received my very first opportunity at both semi- professional and AAA Professional beisbol in Mexico. On my first order, I was greeted by his kind employee, who kindly answered the phone, muy amable.... She was very kind, took my directions to my residence and helped mecwith my order. I ordered a medium pizza and a desert (cheese cake) for delivery. She kindly said it would take about a half hour. Since being strikes by a massive stroke earlier in the year, I put my phone alarm for thirty minutes, so I hopped around in my hemi walker to get ready for the delivery; opening my front door and screen door, while pouring me a drink, as I awaited for the best pizza in town, per my brother Glenn 's palette... The young lady that took my order over the phone and her timing was impeccable as she beat my half hour alarm. I greeted her from the door and politely asked her to come in and place the order on my armoire in front of my television, as she completely obliged. He customer service was on par to Sergio 's, as they make a perfect partnership and exemplary customer service-oriented professional business that Pizza, Etc. stands for... The pizza was not on extraordinary tasting, it was hot upon delivery. The pepperoni and melted cheese were fresh, but the most impressive thing was the crust. It crunched with each bite!!! After a few pieces, I craved the flavor of chili, so I opened the bag with my desert and behold, there were packets of crushed red peppers that made the pizza devine! Now that I have established a great rapport with both Sergio and his deliveryperson, I can 't wait to re-order pizza from my now new favorite pizza establishment in Santa Fe, Pizza, Etc.
