"I'm giving them a five-star rating for how the manager and a staff member handled a difficult situation with a belligerent customer who was demanding a refund after having eaten part of their meal. Despite being yelled at and receiving insults, they remained calm and continued to assist the customer. While the overall situation wasn't positive, I commend the staff for their remarkable professionalism throughout!"

"This place is fantastic! I dine here every evening. Although I'm a huge salad fan (their Caprese Salad is incredible), the lasagna is out of this world! It has such a unique, homestyle flavor. I highly recommend trying Artisan Bistro Pizzeria!"
