"Hostess told me we didn’t have a reservation. I showed her my app that I had a reservation, showed where I wrote “Looking forward to meeting Evan Engram” and I showed her my received text and my text confirming my reservation. She went to get manager and he said he cancelled Open Table. Hostess sat us at a table outside the football signing room. I was pretty upset especially since I made these special reservations for the meet and greet of Giants football player Evan Engram weeks ago! Sangria was tasty. Dinner came out quick. Turkey burger was tasty. Toasted bun with “vibe” written on it was cool. Pizza was good, but extremely cheesy. Manager came over to the table to apologize again. My son waited in line with another boy for meet and greet. Football player was late. Tinted doors closed and I couldn’t see my son from our table. I walked in the closed room to wait with him and suddenly someone asked if we had a ticket. What ticket? No one ever mentioned a ticket! We had to get out of the line and purchase a ticket from the front of the restaurant and get back on the line. All in all, after all this chaos, the meet and greet with Evan Engram for my son made it all worthwhile. We even stayed to order a Brownie sundae which was yummy. We will be back, but we won’t be booking our reservation with Open Table for this restaurant ever again."

"I 'm a GrubHub delivery driver who picked up an order from here at about 7 PM on the evening of August 31. Now, listen. I worked in restaurants for years when I was younger, so I understand that 's the height of the dinner rush, and I understand orders don 't always come out on time. So that 's not what I 'm upset about. What I 'm upset about is the fact that I walked in there and stood there like an idiot for ten minutes and nobody said a word to me, and it was like I was invisible. I eventually had to pick out an employee and make eye contact with them for an uncomfortable amount of time just so they would finally acknowledge my existence, and I could tell them I was here to pick up a GrubHub order for whatever the customer 's name was. I don 't care how busy you are. All you have to do is say hello to the person, say how can I help you , and then after the person answers say sorry for the delay, someone will be right with you . That takes like ten seconds total, and it would 've made all the difference in the world. And then, it also only takes a short time to poke your head in the kitchen and ask what 's the ETA on the takeout order. See, what I guess a lot of restaurants don 't realize is that GrubHub drivers work on tight schedules. At any given time, I 've usually got multiple different orders in my possession at the same time, and that is especially true during the dinner rush. So like I said, it 's not a question of the order coming out late. I can deal with that. What I can 't deal with is being ignored or left in the dark. In order to figure out whether I should wait at the restaurant or if I should deliver one of my other orders and then come back, I need information from you. And if you 're treating me like the Invisible Man, then I 'm not getting that information, and you 're inconveniencing everyone including your own customer who I 'm trying to deliver to. Please do better in the future. Service: 1"
