"It seems that whoever was working on May 17 around 7:30 PM thought it was a good idea to place a cup with an open straw hole into a bag that was too large to be secure. While they did attempt to wrap a smaller bag around the drink for some support, it didn’t really help since the gap where it was tied still allowed the drink to spill.
I strongly recommend that the store consider using more secure lids for certain drinks intended for delivery and switch to better-suited bags for transporting drinks, such as smaller, longer cup bags, like those used at Molly Ramen, or the cardboard carriers from Joyu. These options ensure that drinks remain upright. While the store can’t control how careful the delivery person is, they can certainly ensure that their drinks are fully secured before handing them off."
