"We experienced a bad night at this location after ordering on line amd it glitching in between being sent to pappa johns our order was made wrong,so we immediately called and spoke to Courtney who refused to remake or pizza or refund our money instead we were told call pappa johns customer support,well needless to say it's been a Month and half we have been constantly calling and keep getting its being expedited and someone will call us still no call ..I have documented all calls and have my receipt .it baffles me that this is how pappa johns treats its customers instead of must remaking two pizzas we have got the run around we are beyond upset at this point!! I will not let it go especially after how management treated us"

"This has to be the worst Papa John's I've ever been to, with incredibly poor customer service. I can only hope they eventually cross paths with the wrong customer and learn a lesson. I received an undercooked pizza, and when I tried to voice my complaint, the manager mocked me. I've been enjoying Papa John's for about 21 years, and I’ve never had a raw pizza before. He gave me a lecture about how the engineers set the temperature and know best. Honestly, the audacity of this manager is astonishing. A simple apology would have sufficed, but that attitude was completely unwarranted. Please learn to show some respect for your customers."

"The pizza here is quite good, and the buffalo chicken poppers are tasty as well. The service is generally fast, and the delivery drivers are polite and friendly. My only minor issue—which is more about personal preference—is that getting buffalo sauce on the chicken poppers can be hit or miss. You always receive it in containers, but sometimes it's drizzled on the chicken itself. Other than that, this is our go-to pizzeria."
