"We were doing Uber and Door Dash for Superbowl Sunday. We got an order for this location, before pulling on the lot we notice they are selling 100 pieces for 80 bucks. So, we're thinking they're prepared for the busy day. I go in to to get our order, and the lady at the counter was extremely rude when I approached the counter to see if the order on the counter was indeed mine. It of course, was. After delivering the order. We decide we want Churchs chicken for dinner. Unfortunately for us, they were out of mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, gravy, and coleslaw. So, they weren't prepared for the busy day after all. Then, we get to the window and they ask us if we wanted spicy chicken before handing out the order. We tell them, no, we would like original please They hand us out the order, on the way home we realize they gave us spicy after all. We are never going there again. It isn't worth the time of day to even think about it."
