"I usually don't write negative reviews, as I understand that every place can have a bad day. However, this review is warranted for three reasons. Firstly, the restaurant was extremely busy when we stopped by to grab sandwiches before a game. We were prepared to wait, but after 25 minutes, we decided to ask for a refund and leave due to the slow service. Secondly, the cashier had to ask another employee for help with the refund, and despite receiving a refund receipt, our original receipt was not included. To make matters worse, the refund receipt did not match our order and was rung up as a cash refund without receiving any cash back. Lastly, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times over three hours, but the line was consistently busy. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I may need to dispute the charge with my bank."
