"Every time I go to this location I order the same thing and every time I go to this location they leave an item out I never go back for the item gas prices the way they are but today when I order six pies they made me wait a half an hour for those pies and the goof tard comes out to my car and ask me if I'm the order with the pies doesn't put the pies in the bag when I went to go talk to management Santee or whatever his name is Indian looking dude he didn't seem concerned one way or another like when I get off work this is what I want to do for a living come on man I just want what I paid for from the dirty bird..."

"A #1/with drink and 2nd order was a chicken breast with a jalapeno and a drink and a biscuit 3rd order was a small drink for $22. Flies everywhere, bathrooms were disgusting, no soap to wash your hands and to top it off the employee who was in there before us didn't flush and probably didn't wash her hands because of no soap in dispenser also one of the employees that was sweeping everything into the kitchen was using language that you shouldn't use in front of customers.... To say the least we will NEVER be back again! We had to stop because the driver is diabetic and needed something because he was feeling woozy from sugar dropping."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, the lobby was closed so you have to either use the drive-thru or walk up to the window. If speed and cold food are important to you, definitely go through the drive-thru. There was a car in front of me and I had to wait a long time to place my order. The person on the speaker was impossible to understand because it sounded like the loudspeaker was broken. When I finally received my order, it was wrong - I asked for two pieces of sharp chicken and only received one normal piece. The chicken was not hot and seemed old and dry. To top it off, they only accepted cash even though there was no sign indicating this. I will never go back and I would advise others to do the same. I understand that they may be short-staffed, but that is no excuse for being rude. No thank you."

"I don't know what to say about a place with a fry person wearing a hearing aid who is not able to communicate with the 2 ladies working behind the counter making the food waiting on chicken from someone who has no idea what they are saying or just didn't care. This person at dinner was dropping chicken tenders to order. The young lady as we ordered asked him to drop 3 more tenders for my wife's order. He didn't. The timer went off when the tenders were done he didn't drop the tenders.she asked again to drop 3 regular tenders the timer went off he dropped spicy. Owner management we waited ignorantly on our part after of course paying when you order 40 mins for 3 chicken tender meal and 2 PC meal because the person you had on the fryer moved like he had concrete shoes on and did not say 1 word to the ladies who were beyond frustrated, calling someone to let them know this person was not doing the job. We won't be back and I really enjoy the. Chicken, poor management, ownership should know how poor their business is running. Sad."

"I was telling the MANAGER they did not give me my receipt and than she starts to go back and fourth with me I did give it to u my employees always give it I was u did not give me nothing at all I ask for 3 side orders and I only got two know I gotta drive back to pick up my third side order but she has so much attitude just because I called you out for not giving me a receipt than you top it off I tell her Thankyou she just hangs up so professional what’s wrong with these people when u get a job always be polite"

"Yesterday, my family and I dined at the restaurant on Saunders, and the chicken we received tasted like it had been fried multiple times or like it was leftover from the previous night. We ate there out of sheer hunger, but we will never return. Very disappointing experience."

"This was our first time at this particular location and the chicken strips and apple pies were so delicious! The service was great and they let us know that they were out of napkins before we left the window. We live kind of far from this location and the food was still very fresh when we got home."
