"We visited Griddle Fresh on a weekday and were pleased to find no wait. After finishing my blood lab work nearby five months ago, I decided to try this new breakfast spot based on Yelp reviews. I ordered the banana soufflé pancakes and the seafood Benedict, which featured shrimp and crab. The hash browns were surprisingly the best I've ever had, and I usually don’t even like hash browns! The soufflé pancakes reminded me of those I had at Aloha Kitchen in Hawaii—I'm thrilled to have finally found a place close to home that serves them. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Griddle Fresh, giving it two thumbs up. Just a tip: if you can, go during the week, as the wait on weekends can be up to two hours. We've already been back at least five times in the past five months!"
