When I asked the waitress to exchange it for something else, she informed me that they don’t allow returns and claimed that no one else had complained, so there was nothing wrong with the dish. My friend tried the Tom Yum and found it overly sweet and lacking in flavor. The rest of my party had similar experiences. We've dined at many Thai restaurants, and this one is by far the worst. I can't help but wonder if this place used to be good before experiencing a staff change, which might explain all the positive reviews."
