"I would give Triny's Tex-Mex Grill zero stars if I could, and here’s why. First of all, we were the only table in the entire restaurant, which raises questions about their service. We chose to go for a late lunch, but they didn’t have my dish on the menu, so I ended up having to order several sides to create my own Arroz con Pollo. The food took an eternity to arrive. On a personal note, the salsa was far too watery, making it more like chunks of tomato than a proper dip. The cheese was overly thick and clumpy, causing my chips to break every time I tried to scoop it up. To make matters worse, my food was served warm rather than hot, and the rice seemed like it had come straight from a can. There were flies everywhere, which made the experience even worse.
The service was abysmal; our waters were empty, and we didn’t receive any chip refills. Our waitress didn’t check on us once during our almost two-hour stay. We eventually had to ask a different worker to find our waitress just so we could leave. It's hard to believe that the service could be this poor with only one table occupied. And let’s not forget, it’s on the pricier side. Overall, this was a dreadful experience, and I won’t be returning."
