"I've been ordering from this pizza chain, specifically from this location, for nearly 20 years, and without fail, they manage to let me down every single time. My order is wrong almost 100% of the time, and they always provide the same excuse: "We'll make it right on the next one," yet they never actually get my order right to satisfy any customer. On one occasion, after explaining that my order was incorrect and missing the drinks we paid for, the manager even asked me why I called. This location never gets anything right! Do yourself and your family a huge favor—don't waste your hard-earned money here. They operate under the assumption that no one can hold them accountable for their abysmal service since there is no corporate or store contact information available on their website. Clearly, they don’t care about whether customers receive what they paid for. While Vocelli's quality at other locations meets all expectations, this particular location serves subpar food."
