"Wow! The smoked ribs are incredible! I sampled a variety of dishes since we shared everything in our large group of 14. We had no issues securing a table for lunch on a Saturday afternoon around 2 PM. Our server was attentive, funny, engaging, fast, and efficient—though I’m sorry I can’t recall his name. The biscuits with apricot butter are a must; be sure to order an extra basket! The crawfish corn soup was flavorful without any fishiness. The sweet potato fries were crispy and perfectly cooked, not burnt at all. My mom tried the eggplant stack, and the fried eggplant was delightfully crispy with just the right amount of softness inside. The fried fish was also delicious—so tasty! I usually struggle to find good restaurants when traveling. My Cajun-French grandmother taught me how to cook, so I know quality food. We will definitely return the next time we’re in town. As for parking, there’s a lot immediately to the left of the restaurant if you’re facing the building, but you’ll need to turn right into the lot next to it."
